چکیده
Purpose: The aim of the study is comparative analysis operating time, blood loss during surgery, postoperative discomfort, and pain, hospital stay, cost-effectiveness, patient satisfaction in patients undergoing laparoscopic cholecystectomy conventional UMHATEM "N.I.Pirogov". Material Methods: For a one-year period (from 01.01.2018 to 01.01.2019) 512 with calculous cholecystitis were operated on Department General, Visceral, Emergency surgery "Pirogov". In 487 these cases, was performed (group I), remaining 25 cases treated II). Women I) 392 (75.82%), men 95 (24.18%). From open cohort II), women 19 (75.41%), 6 (24.59%). age this retrospective varied from 18 83 years (average 52.7 years). Results: group I (lap. cholecystectomy), (80.49%), (19.51%). II (open (76%), (24%). Age ranged years) for both groups. There no significant difference between demographic variables two time 23 165 min 39.4 min) 35 104min 44.6min) respectively. stay recorded 48 hours 7 days (2.7 average) 3 9 4.5 days) Surgical morbidity included 12 (operative wound suppuration, ileus, hernia, jaundice), (1.44%) 5 (20%), which considered difference. Conclusion: Laparoscopic an easy intervention, reduced time-consuming procedure, shortened complication rates compared cholecystectomy. It completely debates advantage decreased early return work surgery.

The objective of this study was to demonstrate the safety and feasibility of laparoscopic cholecystectomy in empyematous or gangrenous cholecystitis. During the period from August 1998 to April 2000, we operated laparoscopically on 64 patients, without any selection, in which we established, preoperatively or intraoperatively, the diagnosis of empyematous or gangrenous cholecystitis using clini...

Emphysematous cholecystitis (EC) is an uncommon variant of acute cholecystitis, which is caused by secondary infection of the gallbladder wall with gas-forming organisms. The mortality rate of EC is still as high as 25%. Emergency surgical intervention is indicated. Open cholecystectomy has been traditionally accepted as a standard treatment for EC. We present a case of EC successfully treated ...
